@pedalingheroine : Derp face while trying to learn how to ”front squat”. This places a little more load on my quads and requires more core strength. 🏋️♀️ Up until this point I’ve only been doing back squats and will continue to do them for heavier loads. My only issue with the front squat was the strain it had on my wrists - legs were fine but wrists didn’t like that position at all. I now have to do a couple of warmup exercises and stretches for my wrists before going into the squats... who knew wrists needed to be stretched. 🤷🏼♀️😂 Anyone else have this issue?
