Trying to not laugh …


@pedalingheroine : Trying to not laugh for the gram photo. 🙃 Smashed it up in the gym today and feeling good. 🏋️‍♀️ For anyone wondering what I do in the gym: - Warmup: (reverse squats with weight, squats with dumbbell, overhead squats, hip thrusts, lat pulls) x2 - Squats (with or without resistance bands), deadlifts, single leg press, calve raises, hip thrusts. - Core: As shown in this image and some other exercises I don’t know the name of. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 - Stretching In terms of weight or number of reps we alternate between the two. Started off doing more high rep lower weight and but today was all low rep and high weight. In terms of crossover to the bike it’s very specific to what I’m training to do which is high power explosive efforts on the track. 💥 Usually the whole session takes about two hours. 👍
